Missions · Reaching the World for Christ

Antioch Baptist Church is fully committed to seeing the Gospel spread throughout the world. Our mission groups include Men's Ministry (Brotherhood) under the leadership of director, Mickey Easler, and Royal Ambassadors (RA) for boys, grades 1-12.

Debbie Brown, Woman's Missionary Union (WMU) director, guides the church in mission education and engagement through the JOY Mission Group for women of all ages, Acteens for girls, grades 7-12, Girls in Action (GA) for girls in grades 1-6, and Mission Friends for boys and girls, age 2-5K.

We support missionaries in our state through the Janie Chapman Offering. Missionaries serving in North America (Canada and the United States) are supported through the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering. And missionaries across the world serving with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention are supported through the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering.

Local ministries that we include in our budget or support through special offerings are Agape Care Center for the Homeless, Helping Hands Ministries of the Woodruff Area, Woodruff Community Center, Woodruff Clothes Closet, and Woodruff Area Soup Kitchen.

We also receive a special offering in November for the Connie Maxwell Children's Home, a ministry of the South Carolina Baptist Convention.

If you would like further information on any of these or have questions regarding our support of missions, please contact us. Also keep an eye on our events page and newsletters for upcoming events and special mission activities at Antioch Baptist Church.
